Support policies for each product are described below.

TC Publisher™
Front-line support for TC Publisher is handled directly by PerkinElmer's TotalChrom Support Services. If an issue arises for a customer that is current with their TotalChrom support contract, and TC Support is unable to resolve the issue, TC Support will enlist the assistance of Blaise Software in resolving the problem.

Atlas Report Manager™
Front-line support for ARM is handled directly by Thermo Informatics' Atlas Support Services. If an issue arises for a customer that is current with their Atlas support contract, and Atlas Support Services is unable to resolve the issue, Atlas Support will enlist the assistance of Blaise Software in resolving the the problem.

Blaise Inform™ for Thermo Envision
Ninety (90) days of no-charge installation and technical support administered by email are included with the purchase of a permanent Inform Designer™ software license. You can submit a request for installation support here.

After the 90 day period for no-charge support has passed a customer may purchase a software support contract directly from Blaise Software. If you are interested in purchasing Inform software support, please submit a request for information to our email support system here.
